At Watches Of, we want you to be completely satisfied with your timepiece. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the watch in its original presentation box, ensuring all protective films, manuals, and warranty cards are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the pre-paid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master watchmakers verify the condition of the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
